I’m pleased to let readers know that the book has now been accepted and will therefore appear for sale with these companies over the next several weeks.
The Jacaranda Trail is also available for purchase with Smashwords, with a low initial purchase price of $2.99 (approx £1.85) which I’ll be holding at least till the end of the year. In the meantime, you can always download a sample for free – for various eReaders or home printing – on the Smashwords website & see if it takes your fancy.
On occasion, I’ll also be offering discounted vouchers via this blog and my social networking sites, so keep your eyes peeled for those.
If you belong to an organisation, then I’m open to the idea of providing discounted vouchers for my book in exchange for spreading the word. Or do you know anyone with a blog (or other) who’d like to post a book review or do an author interview? If so, why not get in touch via the Contact/Links page of my Foley’s Forum website?
For those of you that are still in the dark about the book, there’s a quick blurb below, and you can find out more on the Jacaranda Trail Smashwords page. To be the first to hear about occasional offers, why not subscribe to The Foley’s Forum Blog?
THE JACARANDA TRAIL
A Journey of Discovery Down Under
Would you just sell everything, ditch your plans
And buy a ticket to the other side of the world?
In her twenties, the author did just that –
And got much more than she could ever have bargained for …
“Not so much a how-to of family history research,
as what can happen when the results are in.”
Chapter titles include: Letting the Possum out of the Bag;
Rainbow Pants Not Essential; Bald as a Blue-Tongued Lizard; and WWOOFing with Pigs.
